Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Online Shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Check Out" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit/debit card payment, Cash, Cheques, Bankers Drafts and Postal Orders (Please make cheques payable to PJS UK Ltd).

We accept MasterCard, Solo, Switch/UK Maestro, Visa Debit/Credit, Visa Electron. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.

Age Verification
Your must be at least 18 years of age to buy any sword or bladed article. We therefore must verify your age. If you are paying with a Master Card/Visa Credit then you must be 18 to posses these cards.
If you are using Solo, Switch/UK Maestro or Visa Electron then you may be 16. We will cross reference your details with the Electoral Role, if you do not appear on this then you will be asked to provide proof of age (copy of ID acceptable).

All images are for illustrative purposes only, we do try to maintain accurate images and descriptions but products can be modified without notice.

The price shown in Euros is a guide only. Your bank will automatically perform the conversion on the day your order is processed. International customers can pay via credit/debit card payment only.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we supply you with a delivery schedule. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery Schedule

Due to the reliance on the Royal Mail and Parcel Force, delivery dates are estimated and are not guaranteed

For Overseas Customers the delivery period is the product's schedule plus 5 working days.


Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

All prices include VAT @ 20%. If you are not from the EU, then the VAT is deducted from your order.

For VAT registered customers in the EU (excluding the UK), you will have the option to enter your VAT registration number and therefore have the VAT removed from your order.

Credit Card Security

All card payments are processed by our Payment Gateway which is PayPoint.net. PayPoint.net are PCI DSS Level 1 Compliant - the highest possible security standard.

Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction. If the product does not reach you in perfect condition, then you will be offered either a replacement or a full refund.

The couriers we use (Royal Mail, Parcel Force) receive your personal details so that they can deliver the order to you and inform you about updates regarding the delivery of your order. We operate a free returns policy if the item reaches you in sub-standard condition. You will be offered a full refund or a replacement. However, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product and inform us of the defect(s).

If you have received the item and you decide you do not like it, then you must return the item at your expense and you will receive a full refund minus any shipping charges incurred.
