Deadly Game Of Death

(Ref: BS29-RS117)

Deadly Game Of Death

“The Deadly Game of Death” is the action-packed story of Duwarn Iverson, portrayed by World Champion Marco “The Answer” Johnson (“WMAC Masters,” “Superfights”). Duwarn is a young martial artist trying to avoid the pitfalls of growing up in the inner city. The Boss, played by World Champion and Black Belt Hall of Famer, Willie “The Bam” Johnson (“WMAC Masters,”) is a wealthy drug dealer who gets his entertainment and kicks by having fighters participate in his illegal fight circuit, where the only outcome is victory or death. After hearing about Duwarn’s reputation of being one of today’s top upcoming fighters, The Boss staged a special fight similar to that of his hero, Bruce Lee, which would be, in his own words, “the completed version of the ‘Game of Death’”. Duwarn, who was unaware of his invitation to fight, continues to struggle with the normal pressure of an urban teen, under the custody of his adopted guardian, The Professor, played by Olivia Lee. She is the “Mother Theresa” of the inner city, helping kids to avoid the normal pitfalls of such an environment. Unaware of this invitation, The Professor and her adopted daughter, Jade, played by World Champion Jessie “Wonder Woman”Anderson, are suddenly kidnapped by the Boss’s main henchmen led by Lady Whirlwind, played by World Champion Kimber Johnson. Duwarn is now faced with no option but to rescue them, and when his plot fails, he is sent to an intensive martial arts training program with several of The Professor’s younger students to prepare for the upcoming tower fights. This sets the stage for the most exciting martial arts fight scene ever filmed with an urban flavor! Sit back and hold on to your seats, while you go on a journey full of fun, excitement and enthusiasm while learning the true values of martial arts.

Farewell Terminator

(Ref: BS29-RS81)

Farewell Terminator

This award-winning futuristic action movie takes place in Tel Aviv after the collapse of government and law and order in the country. The ruins of the city serve as the backdrop to clashes between political street gangs. The military regime, left quite helpless in the face of this unchecked crime, sets up special squads of police officers with the object of stamping out and liquidating these revolutionary factions. The film is an account of Dror’s last day in Israel. He is an outstanding cop who is scheduled to leave the country that very night. Dror’s superior, Friedman (Assi Hanegbi), forces him to go out on one last liquidation assignment – to get Schneider (Isaac Florentine), the toughest and most dangerous criminal in the city, formerly a top cop and former best friend of Dror’s. The movie seeks to combine all elements of a thrilling action flick, a spaghetti western, and a futuristic action movie, using all the cliches and mannerisms which are so typical of all these. The director, Isaac Florentine, combines his two passions: martial arts and film making. The film went on to be the nomination from Israel to the Academy Awards. It is in Hebrew but with English subtitles.

Fatal Deviation

Fatal Deviation

A young man, played by kenpo karate martial artist James Bennett, returns home after ten years in reform school to find out who murdered his father. He is befriended by old monk and a local Irish beauty. His search takes him to the prestigious Bealtaine Martial Arts Tournament. Together with his past, the good guy is drawn into conflict with the local drug baron and his son. The conflict makes the young man face his father’s death in an unusual way he never imagined. The action is explosive, the fight scenes are dynamic and the story is wonderful. One of the great things about the film is that one of the car rollovers which happens was not supposed to happen at all, but the stunt team got carried away and you will see a real wreck that nearly killed some of the actors.

Kick The Moon

(Ref: BS29-KF15)

Kick The Moon

Kick the Moon From the team of the hilarious dark-comedy, ATTACK THE GAS STATION, comes this film, which remains one of the top-10 grossing Korean movies of all time. The film stars Lee Sung-jae and Cha Seung-won as two former high-school classmates who grow up into unexpected professions: Lee, the smart kid in school, becomes a gangster; while Cha, the school bully, decides to be a physical education teacher (perhaps that one wasn't quite as unexpected). Relations between the two had always had an edge of competitiveness, but when they run into each other years later in the city of Gyeongju, they try to put old rivalries aside for a friendly reunion. All this changes, however, when they meet the outspoken owner of a local restaurant, played by popular actress and model Kim Hye-soo. Kim's earthy appeal sets both their hearts aflame, and their latent competitiveness soon transforms into insults, threats, and full-scale street warfare.

Sword Of Doom 1966

(Ref: BS29-KF19)

Sword Of Doom 1966

Sword of Doom 1966 One of the most thrilling and disturbing samurai epics, "The Sword Of Doom" delivers unparalleled action and outstanding performances from two of Japan's greatest actors: Tatsuya Nakadai and Toshiro Mifune. Nakadai dominates the screen as Ryunosuke Tatsue, a man for whom killing is a pleasure. Brought up by a father to whom the sword was THE way of life, the sword is now the only family he recognizes. Pitted against him is Taranosuke Shimada, an opponent of equal prowess who regards the use made of the sword as the outward manifestation of a man's spiritual state. Set in the 1860s, with the Japanese feudal system under threat from a limited democracy, "The Sword Of Doom" interweaves romance, politics, and psychological observation. Always at the center is the spectacle of a soul going rotten in an era without values. The message is the medium and the medium is the sword.
